As part of our philosophy, Michele Lisa Salon believes that as individuals, we demonstrate care and respect for one another as patrons of beauty. To provide you with the utmost quality of service, Michele Lisa Salon has scripted policies to ensure that each guest is given the proper amount of care and attention.

  • Please respect our time & notify us of cancellation 24 hrs. prior to scheduled appointment.
  • We ask that if you are displeased with your service; you must notify the salon within a week of your service, thereafter may incur costs.
  • Retail Purchases can be exchanged for a choice that is equal or lesser value. –Opened makeup cannot be returned
  • We cannot fully stand behind our color services unless our guests follow a recommended regimen with professional care products. – Exclusions apply for product sensitivity
  • We do not extend a refund policy.
  • Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
  • Refer a Friend is a referral system we stand behind to give back to our new & existing guests. We allow any guest to refer (3) friends to visit the salon. The new guest receives a complimentary 10% off their first service & the referee receives a complimentary shear service.  We appreciate referrals & always want to give back to our loyal guests!
